Profile

Creative Medical Technology Holdings, Inc.CELZHealth Care

Sells disposable CaverStem and FemCelz physician kits while developing allogeneic and immune-cell therapies for lower-back pain and recent-onset diabetes. Its economics remain anchored in limited kit sales and equity-funded clinical development.

Develops regenerative-medicine therapies while retaining a small commercial business selling disposable CaverStem and FemCelz kits to physicians for autologous procedures. Kit revenue is recognized on delivery; CaverStem marketing was paused while product strategy was reevaluated because sales were minimal.

Its lead allogeneic Olastrocel/AlloStem program is in early clinical studies for chronic lower-back pain associated with degenerative disc disease and recent-onset diabetes. U.S. trial activity is concentrated at individual Florida sites. Earlier programs include ImmCelz, iPScelz, the cell-free Ultrasome knee-osteoarthritis effort, and a veterans exposure-data initiative.

Execution depends on clinical development, FDA authorization and approval, manufacturing, capital, CROs and other partners. Commercial procedures rely on management's stated view that same-surgical-procedure autologous use is exempt from FDA premarket review; future therapeutic sales require approval and either a commercial build-out or partners.
