Profile

Church & Dwight Co., Inc.CHDConsumer Staples

Sells household, personal-care, and over-the-counter products through a portfolio led by ARM & HAMMER, OXICLEAN, THERABREATH, WATERPIK, HERO, BATISTE, and TOUCHLAND, alongside a smaller specialty-products operation. The U.S. consumer business supplies most revenue, and major retailers—especially Walmart—concentrate distribution.

Develops and markets household and personal-care products across Consumer Domestic and Consumer International, led by ARM & HAMMER, OXICLEAN, THERABREATH, WATERPIK, HERO, BATISTE, TOUCHLAND, TROJAN, and FIRST RESPONSE. ARM & HAMMER spans laundry, cat litter, oral care, deodorizing, and baking soda, while the wider portfolio covers cleaning, oral care, skin and hair care, sexual health, home testing, and over-the-counter remedies.

Extends established brands into adjacent products, supports them with marketing and product innovation, and periodically adds or exits brands; recent moves added Touchland and Miss Mouth's while removing vitamin brands and selected smaller lines. Consumer Domestic supplies most sales, Consumer International serves subsidiary markets and export channels, and Specialty Products Division sells animal nutrition, specialty chemicals, and commercial and professional products. Sales remain concentrated among large retailers, with Walmart the largest customer.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
