Profile

Colgate-Palmolive CompanyCLConsumer Staples

Sells toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, household cleaners, skin care and Hill's specialty pet food through retailers, distributors, veterinarians and e-commerce channels worldwide. Most revenue comes from outside the United States, and consumer products are managed by geography while pet nutrition is reported separately.

Builds a global consumer-products portfolio around Oral, Personal and Home Care and Hill's Pet Nutrition. Colgate toothpastes, toothbrushes and mouthwashes anchor oral care; Palmolive, Softsoap and Irish Spring span soaps and body care, while Ajax and Fabuloso cover household cleaning. EltaMD, Filorga and PCA SKIN add skin health.

Hill's sells everyday and therapeutic dog-and-cat nutrition under Science Diet and Prescription Diet through pet retailers, veterinarians and e-commerce channels. Prime100 adds fresh pet food in Australia. Science-led product development, advertising and broad retail distribution support category penetration across developed and emerging markets.

Most sales come from outside the United States. Consumer products are managed through four geographic divisions, while Hill's is reported separately; exposure includes foreign-currency swings, retailer bargaining power, commodity costs and global product regulations.
