Profile

Costamare Bulkers Holdings LtdCMDBIndustrials

Owns a fleet of dry-bulk carriers spanning Capesize through Supramax classes, employed mostly on index-linked period charters that track prevailing spot rates. A chartering platform books cargo commitments and freight-derivative positions alongside Cargill, the counterparty now anchoring most of that trading book following a 2025 cooperation agreement.

Split off from Greek containership operator Costamare in a 2025 share distribution, the company owns dry-bulk carriers spanning Capesize through Supramax classes, most chartered out on index-linked periods tracking prevailing spot rates rather than fixed hire.

An in-house chartering arm books cargo commitments and freight-derivative positions alongside the owned fleet. Since a 2025 cooperation agreement, Cargill has absorbed most of that trading book, chartered in several owned Supramaxes, and taken over bunker procurement, leaving the arm centered on Kamsarmax-class tonnage.

Chartering and operations run from Athens, with derivatives handled in Monaco and agency support across Singapore, Hamburg, Copenhagen and Tokyo. Crewing and management run through related-party agreements with sponsor-group companies, not direct employment.

Incorporated in the Marshall Islands and headquartered in Monaco, the company files as a foreign private issuer; the family controlling its former parent remains its largest shareholder.
