Profile
Operates dry-bulk carriers, containerships and tankers that transport liquid and dry commodities under charters. The current three-fleet structure followed its 2021 combinations with Navios Maritime Containers and Navios Maritime Acquisition.
Operates dry-bulk carriers, containerships and tankers that move liquid and dry commodities under short- to long-term charters. The fleet carries petroleum cargoes, chemicals, iron ore, coal, grain, fertilizer and containerized goods across seaborne trade routes.
The current three-fleet structure followed combinations with Navios Maritime Containers and Navios Maritime Acquisition in 2021. Vessel assets support transportation across commodity and container markets rather than a single shipping niche.
Relies on affiliated Navios Shipmanagement entities for commercial and technical operations under a Master Management Agreement. Charter rates, charterer performance, vessel costs, financing availability and maritime regulation shape the business.
