Profile
Owns cellular containerships and earns charter hire from international liner operators, primarily under long-term, fixed-rate contracts. A controlled Neptune Maritime Leasing platform adds sale-and-leaseback financing, while revenue remains concentrated among a limited group of major liner customers.
Owns a fleet of cellular containerships and earns voyage revenue by placing them with international liner operators, principally on long-term, fixed-rate time charters. Charterers generally cover fuel, port and canal costs, while the owner pays for crewing, maintenance, insurance and dry-docking. A range of vessel sizes supports service across east-west, north-south and intraregional trade lanes.
Extends its shipping exposure through Neptune Maritime Leasing, a controlled platform that finances vessels for other shipowners through sale-and-leaseback transactions. Fleet renewal is paired with contracted employment for vessels under construction, and the fleet has recorded low unscheduled off-hire. Revenue remains concentrated among major liner customers, while CEO-controlled affiliated managers provide core commercial, technical, crewing and administrative services.
