Digital commerce, marketing, and payment-related services extend the portfolio. The platform was expanded through acquisitions of PK, ServiceSource, Webhelp, and SAI Digital, following the earlier integration of Convergys and IBM customer-care operations.
Webhelp added CX, sales, marketing, and payment services as well as regional coverage in Europe, Latin America, and Africa. The current Nasdaq-listed security began trading after a tax-free SYNNEX spin-off in 2020.
