Profile
Provides customer-care operations through TTEC Engage and CX technology consulting through TTEC Digital. The business pairs a large global delivery workforce with cloud contact-center, CRM, AI, analytics, and managed-services work for enterprise and public-sector clients.
Runs two reportable segments: TTEC Engage and TTEC Digital. Engage handles AI-enabled customer engagement, customer acquisition, retention, technical support, fraud mitigation, and back-office services for enterprise and public-sector clients.
Digital designs CX roadmaps, implements cloud and premise-based contact-center and CRM technologies, and provides AI, analytics, consulting, software, and managed services. The setup grew out of TeleTech's shift from contact-center outsourcing into a services-and-technology model.
Delivery is global and labor-heavy, with Engage carrying the operational center of gravity and Digital supplying the technology layer. Founder-chairman Kenneth D. Tuchman remains CEO, and the business depends on enterprise outsourcing demand, cloud contact-center partners, and the execution quality of its large service workforce.
