Delivers loss adjusting, third-party claims administration, medical management, managed repair, catastrophe staffing and recovery services for insurers, brokers, corporations and self-insured entities. Crawford services handle property, public liability, automobile and marine claims, while Broadspire administers workers’ compensation, auto, liability, disability and medical programs.

Operates through U.S. Property & Casualty, Broadspire and International Operations, spanning the U.S., U.K., Europe, Australia, Asia, Latin America and Canada. Fees arise per claim, under fixed-fee and time-and-expense arrangements, from Contractor Connection repair projects and when subrogation recovery succeeds.

Claim referrals depend on insurance cycles, weather events, outsourcing choices and supplies of qualified adjusters; personal, medical and financial data flow through its systems and service providers. CRD-A is non-voting, while CRD-B holds voting power and the Crawford family maintains controlling interest.
