Profile
Produces and sells crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from U.S. onshore assets in the Eagle Ford, Permian and Uinta basins, supplemented by minerals, royalties and midstream infrastructure. Acquisition-led growth has broadened the portfolio, while revenue remains tied to hydrocarbon prices within a single exploration-and-production segment.
Produces crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from operated and non-operated wells across the Eagle Ford, Permian and Uinta basins. The portfolio also includes mineral and royalty interests and midstream infrastructure that supports upstream assets and third-party customers.
Acquisition-led growth has assembled a broad U.S. onshore footprint, with the Vital Energy transaction adding a large Permian position. Development spending is balanced with cash flow from established, lower-decline production, while gathering, processing and marketing support the core producing business.
Revenue comes primarily from selling hydrocarbons to U.S. customers. Results remain tied to commodity prices, drilling and operating performance, environmental regulation and the integration of acquired assets; all activities are reported as one exploration-and-production segment.
