Profile
Develops a pre-production critical-minerals portfolio centered on Tanbreez rare earths in Greenland and Wolfsberg lithium in Austria. Current work is still exploration and evaluation, with commercialization dependent on permitting conditions, financing, project execution, and offtake arrangements.
Develops critical-minerals projects rather than selling mined output today. The portfolio is led by Tanbreez, a heavy rare earth project in Southern Greenland with North Atlantic access, and Wolfsberg, a hard-rock lithium project in Carinthia, Austria.
Came to Nasdaq through a 2024 SPAC combination built around Wolfsberg, then added Tanbreez as the larger strategic focus after later ownership closings. Commercial activity centers on preparing future rare earth concentrate and lithium hydroxide supply for Western industrial, defense, battery, and technology chains.
Execution depends on moving exploration and evaluation assets into commercial production. Project financing, permitting conditions, definitive development work, product qualification, and offtake conversion shape the business until Tanbreez and Wolfsberg begin mineral extraction.
