Commercializes LYMPHIR, an IL-2-receptor-directed therapy for adults with relapsed or refractory Stage I–III cutaneous T-cell lymphoma after prior systemic treatment. Launched in the United States in December 2025, LYMPHIR is the first commercial product and the portfolio’s central asset.
The company was formed by Citius Pharmaceuticals to hold LYMPHIR-related assets, and its Nasdaq-listed security resulted from a merger with TenX Keane Acquisition. Citius Pharmaceuticals remains the majority owner and provides shared management services.
Commercial revenue began with the LYMPHIR launch. Operating losses since inception, historical financing from Citius Pharmaceuticals, and limited post-launch revenue remain structural features of this early commercial stage.
