Designs and manufactures sensors, connectivity components, and actuators for transportation, industrial, medical, and aerospace and defense customers. The portfolio spans position and temperature sensors, vehicle powertrain actuators, piezoelectric materials and transducers, frequency-control products, switches and controls, radio-frequency filters, and naval acoustic systems. Products are sold mainly to original-equipment manufacturers and tier-one suppliers, with the U.S. government also a customer.
Combines specialized sensing, motion, timing, switching, filtering, and acoustic capabilities, supported by direct sales engineers, manufacturers' representatives, and distributors. Transportation remains the largest end market, while the other three markets broaden the mix. Manufacturing runs across North America, Asia, and Europe within a single reportable segment; results depend on customer product cycles, key accounts, technology changes, tariffs, and international operating conditions.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
