Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc.CTXRHealth Care

Commercializes LYMPHIR for relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma through controlled subsidiary Citius Oncology, while advancing Mino-Lok, Halo-Lido, and a paused cell-therapy platform. Revenue comes from product sales to specialty distributors; the business depends on outsourced manufacturing, commercialization, and a separately traded subsidiary.

Commercializes LYMPHIR, a prescription biologic for adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma after prior systemic therapy, through majority-owned, separately Nasdaq-listed Citius Oncology. The United States is its core market, while named-patient programs reach parts of Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

Retains development programs in Mino-Lok, an antibiotic catheter-lock solution; Halo-Lido, a topical formulation for hemorrhoid symptoms; and the NoveCite cell-therapy platform, whose work is largely paused. The business develops or acquires products using approved active ingredients or established technologies, aiming for patent or regulatory exclusivity.

Uses a compact internal team alongside outsourced research, manufacturing, and commercial support. LYMPHIR moves through specialty distributors to healthcare providers, hospitals, and infusion centers, making uptake dependent on external manufacturers, distributors, payers, and service partners. Citius Oncology remains a controlled but separately traded subsidiary.
