Profile
Provides workforce lodging and site services for resource-sector customers in Australia and Canada. Its Australia and Canada segments combine company- or customer-owned accommodations with catering, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, security, and logistics services.
Remote workers use its lodging, catering and food service, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, facility management, water and wastewater treatment, power, communications, security, and logistics services. Accommodations can be company-owned villages or customer-owned facilities.
Australia and Canada are the two reportable segments. The Australian platform includes mining regions and customer-site catering and managed services, while the Canadian business serves oil-sands and LNG markets.
The platform was expanded through Canadian lodges, a Western Australian catering business, and four Bowen Basin villages. Demand depends on customer activity in metallurgical coal, oil, iron ore, and LNG-producing regions and on the use of remote workforce accommodations.
