Chicago Rivet & Machine Co.CVRIndustrials

Manufactures engineered rivets, cold-formed components, and automatic rivet-setting machinery, earning most sales from the Fastener segment. Its integrated product-and-installation-system model serves North American automotive customers alongside other industrial applications.

Manufactures engineered rivets, cold-formed components, and precision-turned parts through the Fastener segment, while Assembly Equipment supplies automatic rivet-setting machines, tooling, parts, service, and rebuilding support. The offering combines customer-specific engineering with domestic production and application-tailored equipment for automotive seating, latches, braking systems, appliances, electronics, and industrial assembly.

Operates from Pennsylvania and Michigan, with headquarters in Illinois and an automated-assembly design and sales office in Massachusetts; it has no foreign operations but serves foreign customers. Price, quality, and service are central competitive factors. Automotive is the principal market, while fixed manufacturing costs, steel availability, long program lead times, customer concentration, liquidity, and internal-control remediation remain structural dependencies.
