Profile
Sells branded power tools, hand tools, accessories, storage, and outdoor equipment, while a smaller Engineered Fastening business supplies application-specific components and assembly systems. Most revenue comes from U.S.-centric Tools & Outdoor channels, where home centers and mass merchants are key customers.
Operates two businesses: Tools & Outdoor and Engineered Fastening. The larger tools operation sells power tools, hand tools, accessories, storage, and lawn-and-garden equipment under DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, CUB CADET, and other brands. Engineered Fastening supplies application-specific fasteners, fittings, and assembly systems to automotive, manufacturing, electronics, construction, and other industrial customers.
Generates most sales in the United States, with Europe and other international markets providing the balance. Broad brands and product lines reach professional tradespeople and consumers through home centers, mass merchants, distributors, dealers, and direct sales. The recent sale of Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing further narrowed the portfolio, while dependence on major retailers, private-label competition, manufacturer demand, input costs, tariffs, and trade restrictions remains structural.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
