Profile
Runs a regulated retail water utility on Grand Cayman under an exclusive government license, sells bulk desalinated water to government utilities in Grand Cayman and The Bahamas, and provides water-infrastructure engineering, operations and desalination-equipment manufacturing built around that regulated core.
Runs a seawater reverse-osmosis desalination utility built from a Grand Cayman water franchise founded in 1973, structured today across a regulated retail utility, bulk water-supply contracts, infrastructure design and operations, and equipment manufacturing.
The retail utility holds the exclusive license for Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach and West Bay area, while bulk water moves under long-term contracts to government-owned utilities in Grand Cayman and The Bahamas. Infrastructure design, construction and plant operations concentrate in the United States, with further project delivery around the Caribbean.
Manufacturing supplies custom reverse-osmosis, membrane and filtration equipment, including components certified for nuclear-industry customers, and the business overall sells to governments and utilities rather than consumers. The retail license does not renew automatically, and bulk revenue concentrates in two government counterparties.
