Profile
Supplies pumps, treatment systems, smart metering, water-quality instruments, software, rentals, and operating services to utilities, industrial sites, and buildings worldwide. Revenue comes from equipment and ongoing service across the water cycle, with the United States the largest market and smart metering centered in North America.
Builds and services equipment, software, and treatment systems across Water Infrastructure, Applied Water, Measurement and Control Solutions, and Water Solutions and Services. Offerings span pumps, filtration and disinfection, smart metering, water-quality instruments, network analytics, industrial treatment, dewatering, and outsourced operations.
Serves utilities, industrial sites, buildings, and agriculture through direct sales, distributors, and a global service network. The United States generates most revenue, followed by Western Europe. An installed base, established brands, application expertise, and service branches support replacement, rental, and recurring service work.
Demand and project timing depend on municipal and industrial capital spending, public funding, environmental and water-quality rules, and weather. Production relies on raw materials, electronic components, and third-party suppliers. Smart metering is now centered in North America after the international water and heat metering business was sold.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
