Profile
Provides temperature-controlled logistics, biostorage, cryopreservation support, software-enabled monitoring, and MVE cryogenic equipment for life-sciences customers. Revenue is split between Life Sciences Services and Life Sciences Products, with demand tied to cell-and-gene therapy trials, approved therapies, biorepository needs, and cryogenic-systems purchases.
Operates a temperature-controlled life-sciences platform across Cryoport Systems, CRYOGENE, and MVE Biological Solutions. Services include BioLogistics, BioStorage/BioServices, cryopreservation support, consulting, packaging, informatics, and monitoring across cryogenic, ultra-cold, refrigerated, and controlled-room-temperature ranges.
The product side is MVE, which sells cryogenic freezers, dewars, dry-vapor shippers, transport systems, and related accessories for life-sciences and animal-health customers. CRYOGENE adds U.S.-based biorepository storage for biological specimens and supplies.
Execution depends on compliance-heavy handling: Cryoportal software, Chain of Compliance, shipper requalification, traceability, and temperature-control expertise. The platform now excludes CRYOPDP after its DHL divestiture, and activity tracks cell-and-gene therapy development, approved therapies, biostorage demand, and cryogenic-equipment cycles.
