Profile

Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp.DFLIIndustrials

Builds deep-cycle LFP battery packs, power controls and complete mobile and off-grid systems sold through direct, OEM and channel partners. Battle Born is the principal brand, while current battery sales support a longer-horizon dry-electrode and solid-state cell-development program.

Designs and assembles deep-cycle lithium iron phosphate battery packs, power controls and complete mobile and off-grid systems. Battle Born Batteries is its principal brand, joined by Wakespeed power-management products and newly acquired Dakota Lithium. Battery packs and related components serve RV, marine, work-truck and off-grid uses.

Earns revenue through direct online sales, OEM integration, dealers, distributors and fleets, as well as trademark licensing, design services and contract manufacturing. Most batteries are designed, assembled and tested domestically at Reno operations, while LFP cells and other inputs are sourced internationally. Current battery-system deployments inform research into a chemistry-agnostic dry-electrode process.

Depends on cyclical RV, marine and off-grid demand, concentrated customers, and LFP-cell and battery-management suppliers located in China. Dry-electrode manufacturing and solid-state cells remain development-stage, and manufacturing, assembly, sales and service are concentrated in one leased Reno facility.
