Profile
Provides routine and advanced clinical laboratory testing, anatomic pathology, hospital reference testing, and hospital lab-management services, while ExamOne and Quanum serve insurers and healthcare organizations. Almost all revenue comes from Diagnostic Information Services, centered on a U.S. collection-and-testing network with an expanded Canadian presence through LifeLabs.
Provides routine, non-routine, and advanced clinical laboratory testing across oncology, genetics, brain health, and other specialties; anatomic pathology; hospital reference testing; and Collaborative Lab Solutions. Physicians, hospitals, and patients use a network of laboratories, patient service centers, couriers, mobile phlebotomists, and MyQuest access; ExamOne risk assessment and Quanum healthcare IT form the smaller Diagnostic Solutions group. Substantially all business is conducted in the United States, with LifeLabs extending the collection-and-testing network across parts of Canada.
Scale supports a broad test menu, specimen logistics, hospital partnerships, and data-enabled workflows. Almost all revenue comes from Diagnostic Information Services, primarily through fee-for-service testing billed to clients, patients, and third-party payers. Operations depend on physician referrals, health-plan access, reimbursement rules, accurate billing, healthcare regulation, data security, and consistent laboratory quality.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
