Profile
Refines crude into gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt and other petroleum products at four inland refineries, selling mainly into U.S. markets. A controlling stake in Delek Logistics adds fee-based pipelines, terminals, storage, natural-gas processing and water systems serving affiliated refineries and third parties.
Processes inland-sourced crude into gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt and other petroleum products at four refineries in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. The refining segment sells mainly into inland U.S. markets through wholesale racks, pipelines, terminals and exchanges; idle biodiesel facilities remain under review.
Links refinery supply and distribution with a consolidated logistics segment built around Delek Logistics Partners. Pipelines, terminals, storage, wholesale marketing, crude gathering, natural-gas processing, and water disposal and recycling serve both affiliated refineries and third-party customers across the Permian Basin and other U.S. energy regions. Results depend on refinery reliability, crude and refined-product margins, transportation access, and compliance with fuel, pipeline, environmental and safety rules. Several logistics assets remain operationally tied to the Tyler, El Dorado and Big Spring refineries.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
