Owned infrastructure gathers, transports, stores, and markets crude oil, intermediates, refined products, and natural gas. The platform also provides terminalling, water disposal, and recycling services.
Operations concentrate around the Permian Basin and extend to the Gulf Coast, while assets support Delek refining and marketing sites in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana as well as third-party customers.
Formed by Delek US in 2012, the NYSE master limited partnership expands through acquisitions, joint ventures, sponsor transactions, and projects over time. Delek US owns the general-partner and majority limited-partner interests and is a significant customer.
