Profile

Enterprise Financial Services CorpEFSCFinancials

Provides commercial and personal banking, treasury management, wealth and fiduciary services, with lending centered on privately held businesses and commercial real estate. Net interest income supplies most revenue, while nationwide SBA lending and specialized deposit verticals extend the one-segment franchise beyond its multi-state branch footprint.

Operates Enterprise Bank & Trust, a full-service commercial bank serving privately held businesses, their owners, and individuals. Lending spans commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, construction and development, residential, consumer, and nationwide SBA products across branches in Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Florida.

Builds relationships through experienced bankers, treasury management, wealth management, fiduciary and advisory services, and specialty niches including life insurance premium finance, sponsor finance, tax-credit lending, and community-association, property-management, legal, and escrow deposits. Net interest income supplies most revenue; service charges, wealth management, cards, tax-credit activities, and SBA loan sales add fees. Loan growth is funded primarily with client deposits, while credit quality, interest rates, liquidity, capital, and permissible activities remain subject to federal and state banking supervision.
