Profile

Envela CorporationELAConsumer Discretionary

Buys, authenticates and resells luxury goods and precious metals, while commercial subsidiaries process retired IT equipment and e-waste for reuse, resale, recycling and material recovery. Revenue combines consumer product sales with device and commodity sales, refining settlements and service fees across consumer and commercial segments.

Recovers value from two used-asset streams: authenticated luxury goods and precious metals for consumers, plus retired IT equipment and electronic waste for commercial clients. Consumer subsidiaries buy and sell pre-owned fine jewelry, watches, handbags, rare coins, collectibles and bullion under the Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, Charleston Gold & Diamond Exchange and Bullion Express brands. Commercial brands Echo Environmental, Teladvance, ITAD USA and Avail Recovery Solutions handle IT asset disposition, trade-ins, data sanitization, refurbishment, remarketing, dismantling and material recovery.

Uses product authentication and multiple resale channels to route consumer acquisitions to retail, online, wholesale or refining. Commercial operations provide chain-of-custody reporting and data-destruction, recycling and disposal services, with nationwide coverage and international support through third-party partners. Operations depend on authentication accuracy, precious-metal pricing and refining capacity, client-data and environmental compliance, cancellable commercial contracts, and third-party providers for international delivery.
