Sells household batteries, portable lights, and auto care products through the Batteries & Lights and Auto Care segments. Battery and lighting brands include Energizer, Eveready, Rayovac, and Varta; auto care includes Armor All, STP, A/C PRO, and fragrance and appearance lines.

Products move through mass retailers, warehouse clubs, food and drug stores, automotive centers, e-commerce, military stores, business-to-business channels, OEMs, and specialized distributors. The employee base is spread across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

The current public security dates to the 2015 Edgewell separation, with later Spectrum transactions adding battery, portable-lighting, and auto-care assets. Demand depends on device usage, disasters, vehicle age, miles driven, retailer execution, private-label pressure, and channel shifts.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.

Shares outstanding 68.47M · Float 59.58M · 87.0% free float

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
