Profile
Designs and manufactures batteries, chargers, power electronics and energy systems for communications, data centers, material handling, heavy transport, aerospace and defense. Revenue spans three global segments, with reserve-power and industrial-mobility operations providing most sales alongside a smaller precision-power business.
Designs and manufactures batteries, chargers, power electronics, enclosures and software-enabled energy systems for industrial, infrastructure and defense customers worldwide. A global sales and service network supports communications networks, data centers, utilities, warehouses, transportation fleets, aerospace programs and military users.
Network & Infrastructure Solutions pairs reserve batteries with power conversion, distribution, enclosures and services. Industrial Mobility Solutions supplies traction power for forklifts and other material-handling equipment, plus batteries for heavy trucks. Precision Power Solutions focuses on aerospace, defense and other specialized applications.
Combines lead-acid and lithium storage with electronics, monitoring software and field support. Manufacturing spans the Americas, EMEA and Asia; results depend on lead and component costs, material-handling demand, infrastructure spending, tariffs and U.S. battery-production tax-credit rules.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
