Profile
Earns interest and fees from online consumer loans and small-business financing, plus transfer fees and exchange-rate spreads from remittances. Proprietary automated underwriting supports a predominantly U.S. business, with a smaller Brazilian lending presence.
Provides online consumer credit, small-business financing, and cross-border money transfers, primarily in the United States. CashNetUSA and NetCredit offer installment loans and lines of credit; OnDeck and Headway Capital provide small-business term loans and revolving credit. Simplic arranges installment loans in Brazil, while Pangea handles remittances from the United States to Mexico, other Latin American markets, and Asia.
Runs applications and underwriting through scalable digital platforms. Proprietary analytics and machine-learning models automate credit decisions, set financing amounts and terms, and adjust to portfolio performance.
Nearly all revenue comes from the United States, with Brazil a small lending market. Operations form one reportable segment and remain subject to federal, state, local, and international lending, licensing, rate-limit, and money-transmission rules; some products also depend on issuing-bank partners.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
