Rentals, services, equipment sales, and T3 telematics subscriptions serve construction customers through a U.S. network. T3 connects fleet and jobsite data, while the OWN Program brings participant-owned equipment onto the rental platform.
Equipment rentals, related services, equipment sales, and telematics SaaS are delivered through a U.S. branch and dealership network. T3 combines embedded telematics hardware, software applications, and real-time data for tracking mixed fleets, utilization, maintenance, security, and jobsite activity.
The Equipment Rental and Services Operations segment earns from rentals, services, parts, supplies, maintenance, and rental-customer access to T3. Equipment Sales covers new and used equipment sold through branches and dealerships, while standalone subscriptions and applications extend T3 beyond those segments.
T3 is used internally as the operating layer and sold with related hardware and subscriptions. The OWN Program adds equipment supplied by third-party participants to the rental platform; participants share rental revenue while the company manages and may remarket the equipment. The founders' Class B shares are voted as a group, giving them control of voting power.
