Profile

Entergy CorporationETRUtilities

Generates, transmits, and distributes electricity through regulated utilities across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and New Orleans, earning returns through approved rates and capital recovery. Nuclear generation and rising industrial and data-center demand shape its investment needs.

Generates, transmits, distributes, and sells electricity through Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans, and Entergy Texas. The regulated network serves residential, commercial, industrial, and wholesale customers across the Gulf South, with power supplied by nuclear, natural-gas, and renewable generation. A five-unit nuclear fleet provides a distinctive baseload component.

Operates entirely through the regulated Utility segment after selling its Louisiana natural-gas distribution business, concentrating the portfolio on electricity. Industrial expansion and data-center projects are increasing demand and prompting new generation, transmission, and resilience investment. Rates and capital recovery remain subject to utility commissions in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and New Orleans, while transmission operations also depend on FERC and MISO rules and coastal storm exposure creates recurring restoration and grid-hardening needs.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
