Profile
Sells non-academic enrichment programs, travel and study-tour services, and learning technology and content solutions in China through PRC subsidiaries and VIEs; learning tuition and tourism revenue are recognized as services are delivered.
Operates a China-only portfolio of enrichment learning, travel-agency services, study tours, and learning technology and content solutions. Learning programs span science and creativity, humanities and aesthetics, coding and programming, and other non-academic activities; tourism work covers transport and hotel booking, visas, itineraries, sightseeing guidance, and study camps.
Collects learning tuition in advance and recognizes it as courses are delivered, while tourism revenue is recognized as customers consume integrated trips. Develops programs iteratively using staff expertise, participant feedback, engagement data, and collaborations with cultural institutions, historic sites, universities, and tourism partners. Operations depend on PRC permissions and are conducted through subsidiaries and contractual VIE arrangements; ADS holders own the Cayman parent rather than the operating VIEs.

This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
