Profile

Fair Isaac CorporationFICOInformation Technology

Licenses FICO Scores to lenders through credit bureaus and direct mortgage channels, sells myFICO subscriptions, and provides cloud and on-premises decision software for lending, fraud and optimization. Scores generate most revenue, while financial services and the Americas dominate the customer mix.

Produces the FICO Score for lenders and consumers through the Scores segment. Most business comes from financial services and the Americas; scores reach lenders mainly through Experian, TransUnion and Equifax, while myFICO sells credit monitoring directly to consumers.

Sells FICO Platform and related decision-management software through the Software segment. Decision Modeler and Blaze Advisor manage rules, Xpress Optimization supports resource allocation, and preconfigured products handle loan origination, customer management and fraud prevention. Revenue comes from SaaS and on-premises software plus professional services.

Moves software capabilities onto the modular cloud platform and embeds predictive models in high-volume workflows. The Mortgage Direct License Program gives resellers a route outside the national bureaus, but score economics remain tied to lending activity, distribution relationships and housing-agency rules for approved mortgage models.
