Starfighters Space IncFJETIndustrials

Provides F-104-based training and flight-testing services while developing reusable airborne platforms for microgravity, high-speed research, and eventual launch. Its asset-specific fleet, contractor-led model, and reliance on testing, licensing, suppliers, and external financing shape the path from ancillary services to launch operations.

Operates seven flight-ready Lockheed F-104 aircraft for pilot and astronaut training, equipment and in-flight testing, and defense, civil, academic, and commercial missions. From Kennedy Space Center in Florida and a base in Midland, Texas, it is developing STARLAUNCH 1 for short-duration microgravity missions, STARLAUNCH II for small-satellite delivery, and the Wind Tunnel in the Sky high-speed test platform.

Earns ancillary service income when training and testing flights are completed; launch services remain in development. Commercial launch depends on continuing design and flight testing, funding, insurance, FAA authorization, access to government facilities and ranges, specialized parts and suppliers, and a contractor-based operating model with no employees in the latest annual filing.
