Profile
Designs and assembles lithium-ion battery packs, battery-management systems and fleet software for industrial material-handling and airport ground-support equipment. Sales flow through OEMs, dealers, distributors and direct channels, while external battery-cell supply underpins its single reportable segment.
Designs and assembles rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs for electric forklifts, material-handling fleets and airport ground-support equipment. The S-, M-, L- and X-Series address pallet jacks, reach trucks and counterbalanced forklifts, while the G-Series serves airport equipment. Battery-management, telemetry and SkyEMS fleet-management software complement the hardware.
Sells packs and related equipment through OEMs, lift-equipment dealers, battery distributors and directly to end users, largely in North America. Operations center on integrating externally sourced battery cells with in-house battery-management systems rather than manufacturing cells.
Runs one reportable segment. Revenue and product supply depend on large national accounts, OEM and dealer channels, a single China-based cell manufacturer, product compatibility and safety certifications.
