Profile
Develops blood-based cancer-screening tests, beginning with FDA-approved SimpleScreen CRC, while advancing a multiomic AI/ML platform for lung and other indications through partner-led commercialization and retained testing rights.
Develops blood-based early-cancer-screening tests through a multiomics and AI/ML platform that combines cell-free DNA methylation, other biomarkers, and computational models. FDA-approved SimpleScreen CRC screens average-risk adults for colorectal cancer, and a positive result requires follow-up colonoscopy. SimpleScreen Lung remains under clinical evaluation, while Personalized Cancer Detection supports additional single- and multi-cancer programs.
Licenses standalone U.S. colorectal-cancer commercialization to Abbott, performs initial test processing, analysis, and return of results, and retains U.S. combination and multi-cancer rights. Roche holds exclusive rights to develop decentralized kitted tests outside the United States, while centralized testing rights are retained internationally. Launch economics depend on partner execution, payer reimbursement, provider adoption, follow-up colonoscopy, and clinical and regulatory progress.
