Profile

Six Flags Entertainment CorporationFUNConsumer Discretionary

Operates amusement parks, water parks, and resorts across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, earning from admissions, passes, in-park spending, accommodations, and premium products. A predominantly seasonal, outdoor portfolio makes summer attendance, weather, and discretionary consumer spending central to results.

Operates 20 amusement parks alongside water parks and resort properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, while managing a branded park in Saudi Arabia. The portfolio includes Cedar Point, Knott's Berry Farm, Canada's Wonderland, Kings Island, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Six Flags Great Adventure. Admissions and season passes bring guests through the gates; food, beverages, merchandise, games, accommodations, and premium access generate additional spending.

Combines destination-scale flagships with regional parks serving nearby population centers, using recurring pass products, new attractions, and resort stays to extend visits and spending. Warner Bros., DC Comics, and Peanuts licenses support themed attractions, while the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor names tie much of the network together. Most revenue and attendance arrive in summer, while outdoor operations expose results to weather and discretionary consumer spending.
