Builds long-duration capital vehicles across alternative credit and industrial real estate. Manages GECC and the Monomoy real-estate platform, where REIT, development and construction services provide the operating reach.
Two reportable segments organize the business: Alternative Credit and Real Estate. The alternative-credit platform includes management of Great Elm Capital Corp. (GECC), while the Real Estate segment operates through Monomoy.
Monomoy combines an industrial-focused REIT with development and construction services. Those services cover project management, procurement, construction management, asset management, market analysis and feasibility work for industrial real-estate tenants.
A holding-company reorganization of Great Elm Capital Group created the listed successor. The company focuses on permanent-capital vehicles across alternative strategies, and its reported segment structure reflects a realignment after the Kennedy Lewis partnership and Great Elm Real Estate Ventures formation.
