Provides secure cash logistics and retail cash automation in Thailand, while adding RaaS, cloud robot management, general security, and an AI travel-planning agent. Most revenue and cash flow come from the Thai cash-handling operation, which is its distribution base for technology services.
Runs Secure Logistics in Thailand, moving, processing, storing, and managing cash while providing ATM support, outsourced cash centers, remote deposit machines, and retail cash-processing services. Long-standing Thai service relationships, branch coverage, banking ties, and retail distribution underpin most revenue and cash flow.
Extends that base through General Security, robot-as-a-service subscriptions, the Intelligent Cloud Platform, and DVGO, an AI travel-planning agent. RaaS combines robot integration, maintenance, and operating support; the platform links devices, assigns work, and monitors performance. Technology activities remain smaller than Secure Logistics, and products combine internal systems with licensed foundation models and open-source components. The group is a Cayman foreign private issuer listed on Nasdaq.
