Profile

Green Brick Partners, Inc.GRBKConsumer Discretionary

Builds homes across Texas, Georgia, and Florida through locally managed brands, while a central team underwrites land, develops most lots, and provides capital. Revenue comes mainly from home closings, with mortgage, title, and insurance services supporting the closing process.

Acquires and entitles land, develops most lots, funds locally managed builder brands, and sells new homes across Texas, metro Atlanta, and Florida’s Treasure Coast. The portfolio spans entry-level production homes, townhomes, move-up and luxury detached homes, condominiums, patio homes, and quick-move-in inventory.

Centralized underwriting, finance, treasury, purchasing, marketing analytics, risk management, human resources, and technology support local execution, while employees oversee design, scheduling, sales, and site supervision. Independent subcontractors perform virtually all land development and home construction. Mortgage, title, and insurance services support the closing process.

Homebuyer demand depends on employment, affordability, mortgage availability, and buyer qualification. Land development depends on zoning, permitting, environmental requirements, infrastructure obligations, and local conditions; geographic operations remain concentrated in Texas, Atlanta, and Florida.
