Develops software to orchestrate storage, generation and grid connections for large data centers, with planned base-platform and performance fees. Its core platform remains pre-commercial alongside a legacy clinical-stage program for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
Develops an energy-orchestration platform coordinating battery storage, on-site generation and grid connections at campuses. The planned model combines base fees for visibility and orchestration with performance fees tied to power-cost optimization. Legacy DLS and ALICE Home Energy Management Systems remain supported but generate very little revenue.
Targets data-center developers, hyperscalers and energy-infrastructure developers in North America and Australia, following earlier trials in Australia that generated little commercial revenue. The platform was still under development and had not been commercially deployed. Integration depends on third-party batteries, control systems and energy-market infrastructure.
Retains Adrulipase in the GI Segment, a development-stage recombinant lipase for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency associated with cystic fibrosis and chronic pancreatitis. It completed clinical trials, while its pilot monotherapy study missed the primary efficacy endpoint. Execution depends on executives, consultants, contractors and subsidiary personnel because the registrant reported no employees.
