Profile
Product and chemical tanker operations sit alongside commercial pools, technical management, chartering and bunker services. The 2019 BW Tankers–Hafnia Tankers combination created the current platform, later expanded with specialized chemical tankers.
Owns and operates product and chemical tankers through an integrated platform that combines technical management, commercial and chartering services, pool management, and a bunker desk. The 2019 combination brought together BW Tankers and Hafnia Tankers, while the CTI transaction expanded the specialized chemical-tanker fleet.
Operations are international and span more than 200 vessels globally. The business also includes commercial pools and the Seascale Energy marine-fuel-procurement venture with Cargill. BW Group remains a significant shareholder, and the platform’s shape reflects the 2019 merger, later fleet additions, and its dual Oslo–NYSE listing.
