Profile
Provides building, process and industrial automation through controls, sensors, safety systems, process technology, software and lifecycle services. Revenue spans products, projects and aftermarket work, with building products distributed largely through channel partners and process operations serving energy and industrial customers worldwide.
Provides automation products, software and services across three segments: Building Automation, Process Automation and Technology, and Industrial Automation. Building offerings cover fire detection, access and video systems, energy management and controls; process offerings combine plant controls, turbomachinery systems, UOP licensing, catalysts and separation technologies; industrial offerings center on sensing, measurement, gas detection and thermal controls.
Connects this hardware through Forge software and earns from product sales, projects, installation, maintenance, upgrades, licensing and aftermarket service across global building, energy and industrial customers. The portfolio became a focused automation business after the Aerospace and Advanced Materials spin-offs and the sale of warehouse and productivity-solutions operations. Building products reach customers primarily through channel partners, while process revenue depends on project execution and ongoing aftermarket demand.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
Shares outstanding 316.94M · Float 300.55M · 94.8% free float
A split settled inside the quarter being compared, so quarter-on-quarter change is not shown.
