Engineers, installs and services commercial HVAC, industrial refrigeration, building controls, fire detection and suppression, security systems and digital building software. YORK, Silent-Aire, Frick and Sabroe anchor thermal-management equipment; Metasys and OpenBlue add controls, automation and digital services, while Simplex and Ansul cover fire protection. A direct sales and service network links equipment installation to recurring inspection, maintenance, repair, retrofit and replacement work. The installed base supports repeat service and cross-selling across building systems. Demand depends on building construction, retrofits, maintenance budgets and customer access to project financing, while refrigerant, energy-efficiency, fire-safety and security-licensing rules shape product design and deployment.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
