Profile

ImmunityBio, Inc.IBRXHealth Care

Commercializes ANKTIVA, an IL-15 receptor agonist used with BCG for certain non-muscle-invasive bladder cancers, while developing it across more cancer settings alongside NK-cell therapies and adenovirus-vectored vaccines. Product revenue is concentrated in ANKTIVA, whose bladder-cancer use depends on BCG availability.

Commercializes ANKTIVA, an IL-15 receptor agonist administered with BCG for BCG-unresponsive non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer with carcinoma in situ. Commercial activity remains centered in the United States, while approvals and distribution partnerships extend access across Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia.

Builds its Cancer BioShield pipeline around ANKTIVA, off-the-shelf and autologous NK-cell therapies, adenovirus-vectored vaccines, and other immune-response modulators for solid and blood cancers. Internal research and manufacturing sites work alongside affiliated facilities and contract manufacturers to advance and supply these programs. Product revenue remains concentrated in ANKTIVA; its bladder-cancer use requires co-administration with BCG, and the capital structure includes a related-party convertible note and revenue-interest obligation.
