Icon Energy Corp.ICONIndustrials

Owns and charters a small dry-bulk fleet that transports commodities worldwide, earning mainly fixed-rate and Baltic-index-linked time-charter hire. Corporate, commercial and technical operations are supplied by CEO-controlled Pavimar, while charterers determine vessel deployment within charter limits.

Operates a three-vessel dry-bulk fleet—Panamax Alfa, Kamsarmax Bravo and Eco Ultramax Charlie—moving grains, minerals, iron ore, coal and bauxite for operators, commodity traders and end users worldwide. Revenue primarily comes from fixed-rate and Baltic-index-linked time charters, with voyage charters also available; charterers generally bear voyage expenses while vessel ownership retains crew, insurance, maintenance, repairs, drydocking and surveys.

Owns Alfa and Bravo and accounts for Charlie under a finance lease, while Pavimar, controlled by its chairwoman and CEO, supplies corporate, commercial and technical management. Revenue depends on a concentrated charterer base, external financing, and compliance with maritime and environmental rules. Vessels are deployed worldwide within charter limits and remain exposed to war, sanctions, piracy and route disruption.
