Profile
Idaho Power supplies regulated electricity across Idaho and Oregon, forming the core of the holding company. Smaller businesses include IDACORP Financial's real-estate investments and Ida-West Energy's small hydroelectric projects.
Electricity service across southern Idaho and eastern Oregon is delivered through Idaho Power, the regulated utility at the center of the holding company. It serves residential, business, and agricultural customers. IDACORP Financial holds affordable-housing and other real-estate investments, while Ida-West Energy operates PURPA-qualified small hydroelectric projects.
Generation pairs a hydroelectric base with wind, solar, and geothermal resources. Customer and load growth is driving resource additions, making regulated resource planning, construction, and recovery of utility costs central dependencies. Idaho Power has a stated goal of providing fully clean energy by 2045.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
