Provides digital-advertising and campaign-execution services, centered on maternal- and infant-care customers in mainland China. Revenue comes from fulfilling contracted campaigns, with direct media purchases the principal cost and mainland operations controlled through contractual VIE arrangements.
Develops and executes end-to-end digital-advertising and marketing campaigns for primarily maternal- and infant-care customers in mainland China. The Pure Tech operating brand combines brand positioning, visual identity, advertising concepts, content production, events, public relations, social-media marketing, search-engine optimization and strategic content distribution.
Distributes campaigns through maternal-focused channels such as Qinbaobao, BabyTree and Mama Network, alongside platforms including RedNote and Douyin/TikTok. Direct media purchases are the principal delivery cost, making the spread between campaign fees and media and execution costs central to the model.
Operates through a Cayman holding company, a BVI subsidiary and Hong Kong-based Pure Media, which contractually controls mainland operating companies rather than owning their equity directly. All current campaign revenue is generated in mainland China, where PRC advertising, privacy, cybersecurity, foreign-exchange and overseas-listing rules apply to the operating structure.
