Profile
Operates a concentrated Southwestern U.S. portfolio of mid-scale hotels under the InnSuites and Best Western brands, earning most revenue from guest rooms. Its hotel-focused operating segment sits alongside non-operating IBC Hotels and UniGen exposures.
Operates through the Hotel Operations & Hotel Management Services segment, with partial economic interests in mid-scale Best Western InnSuites properties in Tucson, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Guests book suite lodging with bundled breakfast and Wi-Fi, pools, fitness and business centers, social areas, and modest meeting space; the Tucson hotel also includes PJ's Pub and Café.
Generates most consolidated revenue from room nights, with food, beverage, and other hotel income making up the balance. RRF runs daily operations, licenses the InnSuites mark, and manages the IBC Hotels reservation business; the trust is a creditor, manager, and option holder rather than an IBC owner.
Relies on Best Western, Expedia, and Booking.com for significant reservations. The portfolio is concentrated in two Southwestern hotels, and the Best Western relationship renews year to year subject to quality requirements.
