Profile
Imports, brands and distributes medical cannabis in Israel and Germany, selling mostly flower through pharmacies, retail and online channels. The German Adjupharm platform handles the regulated import-to-pharmacy chain and supplies most continuing revenue.
Imports medical cannabis from licensed suppliers in Israel, markets IMC, Roma, WAGNERS, BLKMKT, LOT420, PICO, Flower and TOKEN, and reaches patients through pharmacies, owned retail stores and online channels. Dried flower is the central product, alongside selected oils and extracts.
Runs the German operation through Adjupharm, which imports, processes and distributes products to licensed pharmacies. Its logistics center handles storage, repackaging, stability testing, batch release and distribution. Germany provides most continuing revenue; Israel supplies the remainder, and no U.S. cannabis activities are reported.
Depends on pharmacy, narcotics, wholesale, import and other regulated licenses, EU-GMP suppliers, contracted packagers and international logistics. The pending European-asset sale to an entity controlled by the CEO is non-binding.
